After spending most of his life behind bars Charles Bronson, 69, had become the first person in Britain to be granted a public parole hearing. In a handwritten&nbsp;letter from his cell in the high-security HMP Woodhill in Milton Keynes, Bronson described the set back until the new year as a "disgrace."
And the lag - who has changed his surname to Salvador - also said of his now-ruined plans for a festive family reunion: "Jingle f***ing b*****ks!" Bronson also wrote: "I always say, 'Never plan anything in prison unless it's an escape.' Because you're just not in control of your own life.
"This Xmas I was looking forward to dinner with my mother. I believed I had a good chance of squeezing out some jam roll [parole] on December 12 - but now that won't happen till 2023.
"That's how this system 'works' - they couldn't run a p***-up in a brewery.
"That's why there are so many suicides inside and why the women left on the outside lose hope."
