MOISES CAICEDO wants his fellow Chelsea stars to block out the noise – by winning and fighting for trophies.

The Ecuadorian midfield linchpin, 22, captained the Blues to their first victory of the Enzo Maresca era on Thursday night as they battled past Swiss side Servette in the first leg of their UEFA Conference League play-off.
