THE Tories’ new relaxed planning rules are an “attack on nature”, angry wildlife charities say.

The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds, The Wildlife Trusts and the National Trust all criticised planned policies announced on Friday.

The Government’s 38 investment zones in England loosen planning rules to release more land for business and houses.
