Flintoff is on the list of names to take over the role left vacant by the departure of Aussie Mott after the team’s failure to retain their 50-over and T20 world crowns.

The former all-rounder has enjoyed a successful start to his coaching spell with Hundred side Northern Superchargers. And former Test paceman Steve Harmison believes Flintoff and Jos Buttler, who is staying as captain, can be the golden ticket for future silverware.
