A PRISON has a team of "hooch hounds" trained to sniff out booze brewed by lags.
They have been making moonshine after a crackdown on the amount of drugs being smuggled behind bars.
A report into conditions at HMP Stocken, Rutland, said cons moaned that the governor had reduced supplies of fresh fruit as it is used to create booze.
Inmates at another nick were banned from buying sugar to stop them brewing hooch.
