SIX-time Olympic medallist Max Whitlock says it was easy to dedicate himself to his sport – because he hates the taste of booze and doesn’t like parties.

The gymnast – who boasts three golds and three bronzes – said he can’t stand beer and spirits.

And instead of piling into the pub with his pals, he started working out in the gym.
