THERE is nothing like a wet and windy weekend by the seaside to stir up thoughts of going on a European tour.

Brighton fans serenaded their team in stormy Bournemouth with chants of "Back in Europe again" as they recorded a third away win of the season to move up to fifth.

Joel Veltman admitted the lofty position and memories of last season's virgin Europa League expedition to Ajax, Athens and Marseille before crashing out to Roma has everyone excited about a return to the continent.

But the Seagulls right-back warned supporters to hold off on making any plans for next season until March, when just how good Fabian Hurzeler's side are will become clear.
