CALLING a man "bald" is sexual discrimination, a judge has ruled.

With hair loss "more prevalent" among blokes than women, it was found using it as an insult is a form of sex-related harassment.

It was argued at an earlier tribunal that as some females could also be bald through choice or illness, using the word in relation to a man could not breach equality laws.
