The Constitution that our Constitution makers gave us has stood the test of time. The Constitution is a guiding light for us, it is our guide. It is because of India's Constitution that I am here today and am able to talk to you," he said.
The Prime Minister said that to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Constitution's adoption, a year-long series of activities commenced on November 26, Constitution Day. He said a new website designed to "connect citizens with the legacy of the Constitution" - constitution75.com.
