JAIPUR:

Jaipur police commissioner Biju George Joseph said, "A joint operation of the Jaipur commissionerate and the Special Operation Group (SOG) was conducted on Monday on the basis of a tip-off that some people have helped the candidates across the centres in Jaipur to cheat in the exam through an online software."

Following the tip-off, the police conducted a raid in at least six schools which were made centres for the exam and arrested two Nitesh Kumar (27) and Sumit Singh (25) on Monday, he said.

"During the interrogation, they revealed that they are part of an organised gang which operates from a lab and shares the screen of the candidates through a software and helps them write the answers in real-time during the exam," said the commissioner.
