RTE star Blathnaid Treacy has revealed her mother burst into tears when she told her she was pregnant.
The radio and TV host is set to welcome her first child, a baby girl, with husband Charlie Moon this summer.
Blathnaid said her mother was the first person she told when she found out that she was expecting.
She said: “I couldn’t not tell her. It is my first pregnancy, so I have no idea what is to come.
