Bold Feet

COLD Feet star John Thomson wants to bring back the iconic show by writing a Christmas special himself.
The 55-year-old played Pete Gifford in the ITV comedy-drama series, which first aired between 1997 and 2003, then again when it was revived in 2016 for four seasons.
The show, whose original stars included James Nesbitt, Robert Bathurst, Hermione Norris and Fay Ripley, ended again in 2020 but John is confident a resurrection would work.
He said: "We were off air for 13 years and we came back and we had a massive hit again. It's always the same, people go, 'Is it coming back' I say, 'Never say never.
"I've said I'll write a Christmas special, I think it's time. You don't leave it too long."
John also revealed that fans were robbed of a 90-minute special planned for 2020 in which all the characters would have travelled to Spain.
