The Evangelical Christian continued to act in contempt of court following the near threemonth summer break, breaching a High Court order by returning to the grounds of Wilson's secondary school in Multyfarnham, Co Westmeath.
It means his contempt fines, which are &euro;700 every day he ignores the order, are now nearing an estimated &euro;150,000. Burke, who travelled from his hometown of Castlebar, Co Mayo, turned up before 9am and stood in a hallway in the building yesterday before leaving at around 4pm.
The gardai were not notified by the school.
