BOHEMIANS v DUNDALK
KEITH WARD feels Dundalk's new-look side has been the best kept secret in League of Ireland football.
Yet to be considered as title contenders, the Lilywhites have a chance to sneak into contention on the back of an impressive week where they came from behind to draw with St Patrick's Athletic prior to beating Shamrock Rovers.
Now fourth, seven points behind leaders Rovers, no one gives them a chance of doing anything big in the current campaign.
No one, that is, except themselves.
Ward said: "We have been under the radar. We are entering the business part of the season and have yet to go on a run. Now is the best time to do that.
If that is to happen then one thing needs to change their habit of coughing up early goals.
In 16 of their 24 matches so far in 2023, they have gone 1-0 down.
Ward admitted: "That is something you expect from a team fighting relegation. It is not good enough.
