FORGET about Spain and Norway.
Andy Robertson knows the biggest game of Scotland’s Euro 2024 qualifying campaign is now against Georgia at home.
Steve Clarke’s side have been the shock troops of Group A after they crushed Cyprus, sank the Spaniards then on Saturday nailed it in Norway.
It has made automatic qualification for next year’s Euro finals more a reality than a dream.
Robertson knows that, if Scotland can beat Georgia at home tomorrow, then the squad would be close to making it to consecutive Euros.
After late goals on Saturday night from Lyndon Dykes and Kenny McLean saw off Erling Haaland and Norway, Robertson said: “It’s a rubbish saying, but the next game’s always the biggest. You beat Spain then it’s so important you back it up.
“It’s pointless everyone singing and dancing about us beating Spain then you back it up with a defeat or by dropping points.
