OFF the track since chasing home a subsequent listed winner at Tipperary in April, Edwardian might get punters off to a flying start in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF 2-Y-O Maiden in Naas.

The Ballydoyle colt, a No Nay Never half-brother to recent Belmont Oaks heroine Aspen Grove, has, presumably, had a few issues which have kept him off the track for three months.

And he gave the impression over Tipperary's sharp five furlongs that he would be better suited by a stiffer track or longer trip.

In the Tipperary race, Edwardian was slowly into his stride, soon chased Son Of Corballis and, when his chance was gone Wayne Lordan didn't subject him to a hard race.
