AOIFE O'ROURKE celebrated her 26th birthday in style by routing Davina-Myrha Michel to clinch gold at the European Games.
O'Rourke led after a frantic 75kg category opening round and went on to score a 5-0 unanimous decision win.
It was deserved as the Roscommon fighter landed the more telling punches against her French opponent.
O'Rourke adds European Games gold to her 2019 and 2022 European Championship successes.
