Ireland 'soft touch' for EU crime gangs

EUROPEAN crime gangs are considering making Ireland their new home because we haven’t signed up for a pan-European prosecution service, it’s claimed.

Fianna Fail MEP Billy Kelleher fears we could become a “soft touch” for criminals looking for a safer place to conduct their illegal activities.
