REF Rob Jones was at the centre of yet more controversy involving Nottingham Forest - but this time they will not be complaining to the Premier League.
The Merseyside official wiped out a late strike from Lyle Foster at the City Ground as Vincent Kompany saw three points slip through his fingers.
Jones, who had upset Forest when in charge of VAR during a feisty clash at Old Trafford last month, was instead flavour of the month after reviewing a late decision.
Burnley had taken a 41st-minute lead through Zeki Amdouni before Chelsea outcast Callum Hudson-Odoi levelled with a cracker on his debut.
The home side looked to be staring at defeat, though, as Sander Berge successfully chased down a hopeful ball down the right five minutes from time, powering his way past defender Scott McKenna before squaring for Foster to drill home (right).
