This is despite Mr Tubridy contending earlier this week that the broadcaster was still paying him.
He has been off the air since June 23 after it emerged that his salary had been under declared by €345,000 over a five-year period.
Mr Tubridy announced on March 16 that he was stepping back from The Late Late Show.
As his contract related to both his TV and radio work, new arrangements and pay were being negotiated.
This has been paused by RTE and said that they would continue to pay him.
