AFTER a quiet start to the new season, trainer Ger Lyons bounced back in style when saddling a Group 3 double, with Zarinsk and Power Under Me, in Leopardstown.
Zarinsk provided champion-jockey Colin Keane with the second leg of a Sunday treble, making all to land the Cornelscourt (Fillies) Stakes at the expense of Tarawa.
Having raced keenly, the Juddmonte-owned Kodiac filly tired in the final furlong but had enough in reserve to score by a length and a quarter.
"She's hard on herself, but is pure heart," said Lyons (right). "I'd love her to relax and give herself a better chance. It's all about black type with her. We'll step into a Group 2 now and might end up back here on Champions Weekend.
