THREE teenage boys now face charges for allegedly attacking a US tourist.
Stephen Termini, 57, was left in a coma after an assault on the corner of Store Street and Talbot Street in central Dublin last week.
The defendants aged 14, 15 and 16, were remanded on bail pending directions from the DPP yesterday.
A 14-year-old was charged on Sunday and granted bail with conditions following a special court sitting on Sunday.
Facing his second hearing, he appeared before District Court President Judge Paul Kelly, at the Dublin Children’s Court yesterday accompanied by his father.
Sgt John Brady told the court the DPP’s directions were not available yet.
He said: “I think there is agreement to put it back to October.”
Defence barrister Roisin O’Mara confirmed there was consent to the adjournment.
