Intolerance test is food for thought

ON a mission to feel more energetic I decide to test drive the food intolerance test.

Intolerance test is food for thought

The Health and Nutrition Coach sends me a nifty kit in the post.

I take a drop of blood from my finger using the pin prick, bang it in the tube, send it to the coach and have my results within a week.

The test checks 400 foods. I'm shocked by what foods I can't eat.

The IgG antibody is the marker for intolerances, which indicates there is an immune response in the body.

The test ranks the level of IgG antibodies on a scale of one to five.

One is low and if you get five you basically can't eat those foods.
