A DAD-of-two has revealed how a humbling moment in a Premier Inn bathroom led to him shedding a whopping six stone.
Jack Foster was brushing his teeth in his hotel room when he noticed his body was "wobbling about" from his electric toothbrush.
The 34-year-old, from Bolton, saw his weight balloon to 19 stone through an unhealthy diet and lack of exercise.
Working long hours as a door engineer, the dad would regularly gorge on four takeaways a week and devour multi-packs of crisps alone.
But it was the moment in the chain hotel bathroom that made him realise he needed to make major changes, later signing up to MAN v FAT Football Bolton, a weight loss programme for men.
Aimed at men with a BMI of higher than 27.5, MAN v FAT Football has 8,200 players in more than 150 clubs across the UK.
At sessions, players are weighed before taking part in a 30-minute game of six-a-side football, with extra goal bonuses awarded to teams based on their weight loss. A teams' total weight loss and match scores then contribute to their league position within a club.
