ஆனால் பஞ் சாப் மற்றும் அரியானா எல்லையில் அவர்கள் தடுத்து நிறுத்தப்பட்டனர். அவர்கள் டெல்லி நோக்கி செல்வதை போலீசார் தடுத்ததால், போராட்டம் நடத்தினர். இதனால் போலீசாருக்கும், விவசாயிகளுக்கும் இடையில் மோதல் ஏற்பட்டது.
இதனால் போலீசார் கண்ணீர் புகைக்குண்டுகளை வீசி விவசாயிகளை விரட்டியடித்தனர். கடந்த புதன்கிழமை 21 வயதேயான விவசாயி சுப்கரண் சிங் பரிதாபமாக உயிரிழந்தார். அவரது மரணத்திற்கு போலீசார்தான் காரணம். கொலை வழக்கு பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும் என விவசாயிகள் வலியுறுத்தினர்.
அதுவரை அவரது உடலை அடக்கம் செய்ய மாட்டோம் எனத் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். இந்த நிலையில் வருகிற 29ந்தேதி வரை டெல்லி சலோ பேரணியை நிறுத்தி வைப்பதாக விவசாயிகள் சங்கங்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளன. அதேவேளையில் பஞ் சாப் அரியானா எல்லைகளான ஷம்பு மற்றும் கனாரி ஆகிய இடங்களில் அமர்ந்து இருப்போம் எனத் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். மரணம் அடைந்த 21 வயதான சுப்கரண் சிங்கிற்கு இரங்கல் தெரிவிக்கும் வகையில் இன்று மெழுகுவர்த்தி ஏந்தி பேரணி நடத்தப்படும் எனத் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
