Boss slams Reds for 'unforgivable' Dortmund defeat

Ten Hag has insisted his team don’t play friendly games and a positive result against Dortmund was the target after defeat against Real Madrid, but the Bundesliga runners-up claimed a 3-2 victory at the Allegiant Stadium.

Although the Reds took the lead through an excellent Diogo Dalot strike in the 24th minute, Dortmund scored two goals in quick succession just before half-time.

Andre Onana replacing Tom Heaton was the only change made at the break and United drew level shortly after play resumed when Dortmund failed to clear the danger and Antony swept home into the bottom left corner.
