DESPITE a run of seven successive defeats in all competitions, Salford aren't lacking in confidence and are determined to pick up the wins they need to feature in next month's Super League play-offs.
That's according to coach Paul Rowley who believes his side can take confidence from the narrow victory to World Club Challenge winners St Helens last time out.
"We've just got to keep working hard," said the former Leigh and Toronto boss. "We didn't do a lot wrong in our last game.
"Defeats come in many shapes and different types. You can be defeated and be nowhere near in a contest and I can't recall being in that situation too often if you take the Catalans game out.
"We'd consider ourselves unlucky in aspects of certain games, but you've just got to keep working hard and keep believing.
