RESIDENTS have spoken of their horror after a 25-year-old woman tragically died when a car she was a passenger in was involved in a horrific crash on a ‘dangerous’ road.
Moss Lane East in Moss Side was cordoned off after the smash between a BMW and Toyota at around 11.20pm on Monday.
Horrified residents living nearby have told of the moment they heard a ‘huge bang’ before seeing the wreckage of the crash – but echoed they were not shocked by the incident on what they deemed a ‘dangerous’ road.
One mum, who has lived on Moss Lane East for a number of years, was disturbed by the noise and immediately looked outside her window to see the two damaged cars, including the BMW, that had smashed into a metal barrier.
