A FURIOUS homeowner has called for action after a car ploughed into his garden wall for the third time.
Dramatic footage captured the moment the 'suspected stolen' vehicle smashed into a wall outside a house while being chased by police in Upper Chorlton Road, Firswood, just after 2am yesterday.
The owner of the house, Mr Yousaf, told the M.E.N. how he was awoken by a 'massive bang! He has now claimed it is the third time in seven years that a car has smashed into his garden wall.
"It's happened so many times," he said. "I've lived here 30-odd years and this must have happened six or seven times. This is the third time in seven years. It's happening far too frequently."
