A MUM was left fuming after her daughter's school punished members of a dance group for wearing fake tan.
Natalie White said dancers from Samba Dance & Fitness were singled out at Whitworth Community High School near Rochdale.
She said the fake tan dancers wear at weekend competitions can be tricky to wash off so is often still visible when the kids go back to school. But despite dancing for several years, she says her daughter has never been punished by teachers before.
Last week, her daughter Bella Granata was given detention and behaviour points when teachers spotted her brighter than normal hands in school.
