BOSSES at popular pizzeria Rudy's have reassured local businesses they want to be part of the community.
This weekend, the restaurant, which started life in the city back in 2015 in Ancoats, opens its first north Manchester site with a new spot in Prestwich.
Taking over the former Barclays Bank on Bury New Road, the restaurant continues what it has done best for nine years with its popular Neapolitan pizzas and classic Italian desserts, like tiramisu and rum baba.
The 3,000 sq ft venue, which has stood vacant for two years, has been transformed into a contemporary restaurant with natural light seeping in to give it a light and airy feel with an indoor terrace-style back area.
