TRAINEE barrister Benjamin Ross who had gone missing in Majorca has been found, it has been confirmed.
Ben, 26, from Golborne in Wigan, arrived at the British Consulate in Palma yesterday ‘tired and drained but alive’ his family say.
They say he lost contact with his mother Felix Robinson after a ‘series of unfortunate events’ including having his possessions stolen whilst going for a swim.
The pair have now been emotionally reunited at the consulate.
Felix said: ”I’m so incredibly grateful for all the help and support we’ve received.
“Everyone has been truly incredible. We are so relieved to have found him and are now focused on getting him back to full health and home safe and well.”
Ben had been missing on the Spanish island since July 10. He had flown there for a dream break in June to visit a friend, before extending his stay and finding a job and temporary accommodation.
