Citing that the Centre has not given a go-ahead to both the Bills, Saini said: "The Bills were sent to the President, but the Centre has sent them back citing deficiencies. The Bills will be repealed after introducing necessary changes."
This is not the first time the Haryana Organized Crime Control Bill didn't get a go-ahead. In the previous case, the government had withdrawn the Haryana Organized Crime Control Bill, 2020, after the Centre flagged certain discrepancies.
