Latest figures show the headquarters of HM Revenue and Customs had an occupancy rate of just 60 per cent, while at the Department for Work and Pensions it was only 66 per cent.
At the other end of the scale, data for the week of May 20 show the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero had the top HQ occupancy rate, at 100 per cent.
The Government stated yesterday it has no plans to change guidance that civil servants must be in their office for 60 per cent of a given week.
