The accused individuals named in the charge sheet are Jagdish Arora, Anil Kumar Agarwal, Tejendra Pal Singh (a close aide of Arora), and former NBCC officer Devender Mittal. Additionally, a firm named NKG is also implicated in the case. Arora, a former Chief Engineer of the Delhi Jal Board, and Agarwal, a contractor, have both been apprehended by the probe agency.
