India is set to host the second Voice of the Global South Summit (VOGSS) on Friday in a virtual format, according to an announcement by the Ministry of External Affairs. Throughout its G20 Presidency, India has prioritized addressing the concerns of the Global South, ensuring their issues receive due attention, and their objectives are integrated into global solutions for pressing challenges. The 2nd VOGSS aims to share key outcomes achieved in various G20 meetings during India's Presidency with countries of the Global South. The summit will also delve into discussions on challenges posed by global developments and serve as a platform to strategize ways to sustain momentum towards a more inclusive, representative, and progressive world order.
