TOURISM TO GENERATE130-140 MN JOBS BY 2030: PM MODI

In a recent statement, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the tourism sector will create 130-140 million jobs by 2030, while addressing a virtual employment fair called Rozgar Mela. He also urged Indian youth to take advantage of the opportunities created by the sector and acquire skills through the government's skill development program. The event was organized by the Ministry of Labour and Employment and saw participation from job seekers and recruiters. The Prime Minister highlighted the importance of the tourism sector in boosting the economy and emphasized the role of tourism in promoting India's culture and heritage. He also spoke about the various initiatives taken by the government to promote tourism and improve infrastructure in the sector.
