The Telangana High Court in the case observed and has ordered the implementation of the circular which is being issued by the State Government of all functions halls across the city of Hyderabad for strict adherence of the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 and Environment Protection Act, 1986.
The Division bench comprising of Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice Anil Kumar Jukanti in the case was hearing the Public Interest Litigation, PIL that was moved taken up based on letter addressed to the Court by a Colonel in the military.
