The appointment of K Vijayanand, who belongs to Backward Classes (BC) community, was hailed by BC Cabinet Ministers.
Kolusu Partha Sarathi, Minister for Housing, Information and Public Relations, said that the appointment of K Vijayanand in a very key position in the state administration is a testament to the government's commitment for the empowerment of the BC sections. He said that CM Chandrababu Naidu has once again proven that he is the only leader who recognizes the weaker sections as a strong section.
