The contest will recognise and award 'best natural and artificial immersion sites'.
The civic body has arranged for 204 artificial ponds across Mumbai alongside 69 natural sites. Around 12,000 civic officials will be stationed at 71 control rooms throughout the city to monitor the immersions, ensuring safety and efficient management.
