Her name was Maya. She drew wonderfully but no one knew that except her best friend Taniska. And they promised to not tell anyone as the village they lived in, had very mysterious myth and no one knew how it started in the village except a lady who says she knows. But that’s a completely different story. Now back to the point the. The mysterious myth was that the girls in that village were not allowed to draw! Because of some religious thing. So, her best friend had promised her not to tell anyone.
Now Maya had to go school but when it came to doing drawing (art and craft) period the boys were told to drawing but the girls were told to their own work. but as for Maya she would just sit and observe the drawing on the broad. And then at night when everybody slept, she tries to recreate the exact drawing. And then the next morning she would show the drawing to, her friends and ask how the drawing was and if it needed any changes. Then her friends told the changes if needed but most of the time they stood their staring at the drawing with their mouth open.
