In the Cordelia cruise drug bust case involving actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, another controversial Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) official got the marching orders on Friday morning. Deputy Director General (DDG) of NCB Gyaneshwar Singh was removed as chief vigilance officer (CVO) by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs.
This came a day after the resignation of Sanjay Kumar Singh - another NCB DDG (Orissa cadre police officer) - was accepted. Both officers had given clean chit to Aryan in the drug case.
