PLYMOUTH locals have taken matters into their own hands in a bid to get a pothole in the city filled in. The gaping pothole in Parade Road in West Park has been there for so long that a spray painted phallus has now appeared around it - in the hope it would catch the council’s attention.
Unsurprisingly, action is now set to be taken to repair the road. Plymouth City Council confirmed it has passed the matter on to the relevant teams - once PlymouthLive contacted them about it.
