MIDFIELDER Adam Randell has given an insight into the detail that Plymouth Argyle head coach Ian Foster goes into to make sure his players take on all the tactical information he gives them.
Video analysis is a key part of the preparation, with meetings taking place on Thursday and Friday before a Saturday match for example, and that is followed by a walk through on the training pitch. Foster was appointed by Argyle on January 5 after the pre-Christmas departure of former manager Steven Schumacher to Stoke City, and Randell feels as though the adjustment has gone well.
