PLYMOUTH could be set to get a new city centre bar. Plans have been submitted for a premises licence for Bar Koda in Old Town Street.
The application is for a new premises licence for the venue at 1 Old Town Street. The venue is proposed to be open until midnight on Monday-Thursday and then lam on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
