WAYNE Rooney has predicted Plymouth Argyle's latest summer signing, Dutch under-21 winger Ibrahim Cissoko, will be exciting to watch for the Green Army.

Rooney excited by acquisition of pace ace Cissoko

Cissoko has completed a move to the Pilgrims on a season-long loan from Ligue Un club Toulouse in France and Rooney described him as 'quick, athletic and technical! The 21-year-old has joined up with the rest of the Argyle squad at their training camp in Marbella on Spain's Costa del Sol, where they will be spending the rest of this week.
