The college want to usher in a new generation of talented players through the programme which is led by former London Saracens player Ben Russell, who also won a silver medal for England Sevens at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. The new initiative is designed to encourage students from all backgrounds to explore rugby in a fun and supportive environment. Students will first take part in some non-contact training and drills, before progressing to the more traditional, full-contact format. Students will have access to top-tier coaching and tailored fitness regimes throughout.
