PLANS have been unveiled to transform a former Plymouth restaurant into a yoga retreat with individual sleeping pods, Swedish woodfired hot tubs and an outside decking area with views of the Sound.
This weekend, a shipping container serving up woodfired pizza, coffee and bagels is opening near Mount Batten Pier. But this is just stage one of musician Brandon Hargrave’s plan.
As the 29-year-old expands his food business, he hopes to go one step further with his new Plymouth headquarters for Koala Karlous.
Brandon, who grew up in St Albans, Hertfordshire, but has spent the last eight years living in Cornwall, has plans to transform the site into a yoga retreat, complete with sleeping pods and an eco-friendly spa experience.
