THE merger between Vistara and Air India is likely to be finalised on November 12. Vistara will fly last flight on November 11. On Friday, it was informed that customers will no longer be able to book Vistara flights from September 3, for travel on or after November 12.

This development, sets in motion the final stage of the merger process, comes following the Indian government's approval of Singapore Airlines' (SIA) ₹2,059 crore investment in the merged airline.
