After the IIT coaching hub of Kota reported 20 student suicide cases since 1 January this year, the Government of Rajasthan has set up a panel of experts, educationists, and stakeholders to take up the issue and sought a report within 15 days on the possible remedies, and measures to ensure stress-free coaching and safe environment in PG hostels there for young students who live away from their parents.
Last night, chief Minister Ashok Gehlot held a high-level 'Samvad' (interaction) with various stakeholders, and coaching institute owners and concerned ministers in this connection here.
